*Compensation:* $47.00-$53.00/hour + $7,000 sign-on bonus

*Schedule:* Tuesday-Saturday

*Work Environment:* On-site, in-facility

*Reports to:* Director of Rehabilitation

*Overview*

This position offers the opportunity to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized occupational therapy programs. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy that restores, reinforces, and enhances physical abilities.

The position is ideal for those who value patient-centered care, adaptability, and teamwork, while also having the ability to work independently and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

* Provide occupational therapy services to restore function and promote independence

* Educate patients and caregivers on skills to improve daily living and productivity

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program

* Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

* Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice
