We are seeking a physical therapist to join our team as we grow our clientele. This is a unique opportunity with potential for partial ownership and profit-sharing.

We seek candidates who:

Are self-starters, reliable, and motivatedHave a strong interest and/or background in IASTM, dry needling, and manual therapy.Assist in the implementation and development of innovative strategies to improve our company's workflowCreate treatment programs, monitor progress, and modify goals for each clientHave excellent communication and customer service skillsCan review client history and submit timely medical documentationMaintain clinic supplies, equipment, and apparatusAre talented, energetic, and upbeat

Mandatory Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy AssociationCurrent Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license with no outstanding disciplinary actionCertified in CPR/AED for healthcare providersExperience and/or interest in manual therapy treatmentExceptional customer services and communication skillsAbility to work weekday evenings, and some weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience at an outpatient, community-based clinicCertified in trigger point dry needling
