Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students across an elementary caseload in a school setting. This full contract service year role offers the opportunity to work directly with children in a dynamic educational environment focused on enhancing communication skills and developmental progress. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students K-12 Deliver therapy sessions to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate communication goals into classroom activities Maintain detailed records of student progress and comply with school policies and federal guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing effective intervention strategies Desired Qualifications and Experience: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working with a diverse K-12 student population in a school or related setting Ability to manage a full caseload with strong organizational skills Flexibility to provide services either on-site or virtually as needed Commitment to fostering student growth and adaptable to dynamic school environments Location: Position located in Conway, AR with options for virtual service delivery open This role requires immediate availability and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in student communication development.
