Job Description:

• Create treatment plans to improve daily living and work skills

• Deliver individualized therapy based on patient goals

• Document all services in compliance with regulations

• Educate patients and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current MA OT license

• Strong assessment and planning skills

• Prior outpatient or community-based experience preferred
