Now Hiring: Occupational Therapy Assistant for School Year 25/26

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Lamar, CO . As a COTA with Sunbelt, you will work with elementary-aged students to support their growth and development throughout the academic school year.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
Assist in adapting school activities and environments to support student success
Support development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks

Job Requirements:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Ohio
Experience with elementary-aged children (Preferred)
School-based or pediatric OT experience (Preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
