Duration: August 13, 2025, to May 29, 2026 (Contract, Core School Year)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM (32.5 hours per week)

Setting: One early childhood school building Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services focusing on early childhood caseload (Pre-K to 2nd grade) Assess and treat students to enhance fine motor, gross motor, and functional skills Collaborate with educators and family members to develop individualized treatment plans Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress in compliance with school guidelines Support inclusive practices and adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs Qualifications & Desired Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with experience in school-based therapy Background in home health or healthcare OT a plus, with strong skills in fine and gross motor development Experience working in early childhood education environments preferred Ability to work effectively within a single school building and manage a caseload independently Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with school staff and families Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay range of $55 to $60, commensurate with experience and credentials Weekly direct deposit payments Full-time benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company matching Reimbursement opportunities for licensing, certification fees, and travel expenses as applicable Potential eligibility for non-taxable stipends (housing and/or meals & incidentals) for travel assignments This role offers a meaningful chance to impact young students' lives in a structured school setting with a supportive team.
