Category Schools - Audiologist Job Type Contract This contract position offers the opportunity to support the hearing health needs of K-12 students within a dynamic school environment located in San Francisco, CA. The role involves providing comprehensive audiological services to enhance students' communication abilities and overall learning experience throughout the contract school year. Responsibilities include: Conducting hearing assessments and screenings for students across various grade levels Identifying and managing auditory disorders and recommending appropriate interventions Collaborating with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized support plans Fitting and maintaining hearing assistive technology to optimize student learning Keeping detailed records and documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations Providing ongoing education about hearing health and auditory system care to staff and families Qualifications and desired experience: Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program State licensure or eligibility to practice audiology Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of educational regulations related to hearing services (e.g., IDEA guidelines) Location:
