Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types A full-year opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students across all grade levels in a dynamic school environment. The caseload will be discussed during the interview, allowing for alignment with your expertise and the needs of the district. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and individualized treatment plans to students. Provide speech and language therapy services tailored to a pediatric population within a school setting. Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student communication goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and school policies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to facilitate student success. Manage caseload effectively while adhering to all contractual obligations. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or educational settings. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Prior experience within K-12 school environments is highly desirable. Location: Dayton, Nevada This position offers a unique blend of clinical and educational responsibilities, providing impactful support to students in need of speech and language services.
