Join Our Team as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Social Worker

If so, we invite you to consider joining our team at a confidential mental health practice in Winter Haven, FL. We offer a supportive work environment, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to work with a diverse client population. This is part time position with 15-20 hours/week

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Offer family counseling and therapy sessions
• Implement psychotherapy techniques to address mental health concerns
• Collaborate with clients on relapse prevention strategies

Required Skills:

• Must be a Licensed Mental health Therapist or LMFT or LSW. Registered interns that at least six month out to obtain a licensure are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in conducting mental health assessments
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and behavioral health
• Ability to provide cindividual and  group counseling

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in working with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression
• Training in behavioral therapy techniques
