Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients individual needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their operational goals

• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic and thorough care

• Track Progress and Document Successes: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as needed to keep patients on track toward their goals

Educational Prerequisites

• Graduation with a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications valued and supported

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in Texas
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
