• Monday Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays 40 hours per week guaranteed
• 30 patient points per week caseload
• Home health setting
• EMR: HCHB
• Home health and OASIS experience strongly preferred
• Eight week orientation provided
• Adult patient population
• Minimum one year post-clinical experience required
