Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fully virtual team supporting students throughout North Dakota. This remote role provides the opportunity to work from home while delivering evidence-based teletherapy services that foster academic, social, and emotional growth for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments of speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs

• Provide engaging, research-informed teletherapy sessions via secure digital platforms

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and billing

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active SLP license in North Dakota

• Preferred experience in school-based or pediatric settings; teletherapy experience is a plus
