Occupational Therapist opportunity in Rochester, NY serving K-12 students through a full-time, school-year contract. This role supports a diverse caseload across two walkable campus sites, focusing primarily on elementary students with additional sessions in middle school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students, delivering about 9 sessions daily.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals within a supportive educational environment.
• Participate in team meetings and complete necessary administrative duties during paid indirect hours.
• Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to optimize student outcomes.
• Travel between two campus buildings as needed with paid itinerant time.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Occupational Therapy license required.
• Experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based OT services strongly preferred.
• Ability to thoughtfully manage a full caseload with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with school-based IEP systems and willingness to engage in provided training.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Location & Schedule:

• Rochester, NY area.
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Full-time with school-year contract duration.
