Salary Range: $65,000 $85,000 (based on experience and based on school schedule - not a reflection of yearly salary)

About the Role:
A leading therapy organization in Coastal North Carolina is seeking a full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join its multidisciplinary pediatric team. This direct-hire role is ideal for a licensed SLP-CCC with experience in school or pediatric settings who is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals.
Youll work closely with families, educators, and therapy colleagues in a supportive outpatient setting that emphasizes collaboration, clinical growth, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients in a school-based outpatient setting
- Conduct annual screenings, evaluations, and contribute to IEP development and progress reviews
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and ABA professionals
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coach families for carryover in daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and educational standards
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, peer support, and professional development
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills, a team mindset, and a patient-first approach
