Patient Care Coordinator Serve as the doctor's clinical assistant-playing a hands-on role in patient care, guiding patients through every step of their treatment, and ensuring smooth coordination behind the scenes. What You'll Do:. Assist providers during in-office procedures and clinical visits. Coordinate appointments, insurance, and follow-ups. Track patient progress and ensure timely care throughout the treatment plan. Manage and update EMRs with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients. Deliver a concierge-level experience through proactive planning and professionalism What We're Looking For:. Clinical or medical office experience with hands-on patient care. Strong multitasker with excellent memory and attention to detail. EMR-proficient, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. A proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in a team environment. Bilingual in Spanish (a plus) Compensation: In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, this position falls within Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table for the NY/NJ/CT/PA region. Compensation will be determined based on experience and education.
