• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their individual functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide complete and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to ensure continued progress and support at home.
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes diligently and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals.

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is necessary.
• Continued education or additional post-graduate certifications highly encouraged and supported.

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
