Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year, serving high school students in grades 9-12. This contract role is a full-time assignment running from August 25, 2025, through June 5, 2026, with a caseload of approximately 55-60 students. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for high school students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' communication needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic achievement Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with adolescents in a school setting preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders affecting high school-age students Ability to manage a caseload of 55-60 students effectively Excellent communication and collaboration skills Work Schedule: Hours per week: 37.5 Daily work hours: 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM Location: Position is based in Osseo, MN This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact on high school students' communication skills during a pivotal time in their education.
