Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide specialized support for students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a K-12 educational setting located in Nacogdoches, TX. This position is a contract role covering a maternity leave, commencing ASAP and continuing through November, requiring 1-2 days of service per week. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services via both in-person and teletherapy methods. Utilize assessment tools and clinical expertise to evaluate student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Support a wide range of pediatric speech and language disorders within the school environment. Qualifications: Current Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required. Candidates with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status will be considered. Experience working with pediatric populations and familiarity with school-based therapy protocols. Ability to provide services via teletherapy and in-person sessions. Strong communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on collaborative teamwork. Location: Nacogdoches, TX
