Lets be honest you didnt become a COTA j ust to count reps and chase paperwork. Youre here to help people regain independence in their own homes, one adaptive technique at a time. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), were clinician-owned, which means we actually understand what its like in the field. No micromanaging, no mileage mystery math just real support, flexible schedules, and a team that gets it.
Were growing fast (on purpose), and were looking for a Per diem COTA in the Bridgewater residential area of MA who are ready to ditch the cookie-cutter hours and make a difference without burning out.
