Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Salida, CA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position supporting a school district in Salida, California. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to K12 students, helping them strengthen communication skills and achieve academic, social, and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support student goals

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure effective support strategies

• Track and document student progress in alignment with district, state, and federal requirements

• Apply evidence-based therapy practices to foster student growth and achievement

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

• Dedication to supporting diverse student populations in an educational setting
