A Full-Time split Speech Language Pathologist or CFY (SLP CCC or CFY) position is now available in our two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Middleboro & Mashpee, MA. Must have dysphagia expereience/direct patient contact hours with dysphagia.

Middleboro facility is a quaint forty bed residential and sixty-seven bed skilled 5-star facility located in Middleboro, MA. Our rehab center brings together the foremost rehab physician groups, nurses, therapists, and clinicians to offer South shore residents extraordinary rehab care in a beautiful home like environment. The facility was established under the will of the late Hannah Bartlett Griffith Shaw and opened its doors to twelve residents in 1941 as a not-for-profit corporation. Our 15-bed skilled rehab unit with high majority of orthopedic patient's allow for individualized treatment sessions and flexible scheduling. We are a close nit rehab team with a spacious state of the art rehab gym looking for motivated therapists with SNF experience to join our team!

Mashpee facility is a moderately sized skilled rehab and nursing center offering short term, long term and hospice care services to our local and surrounding communities. It is located central Cape Cod with easy access to major highways to Plymouth, Boston, Worcester, and Rhode Island. This area offers plenty of outdoor activity opportunities as well as rich, seaside historical venues to explore.   • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
  • Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Must have dysphagia expereience/direct patient contact hours with dysphagia.
