What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop individualized therapy plans to help residents improve communication and quality of life

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide top-tier, resident-centered care

• Document progress and modify interventions as needed

• Educate residents, families, and staff to support communication and swallowing strategies
