Comprehensive Service Delivery Serve students across all grade levels addressing a full spectrum of communication disorders. Work with students experiencing speech sound disorders, language delays, social communication challenges, and augmentative communication needs. Provide both individual and group therapy sessions while maintaining strong connections with students, families, and school personnel through virtual engagement strategies. Core Professional Duties Perform thorough speech and language assessments utilizing telehealth evaluation protocols. Design and implement evidence-based intervention programs customized to individual student needs. Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reporting through integrated digital systems. Collaborate with special education teams and general educators to support curriculum-based therapy goals. Required Credentials Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required. Valid ASHA CCC-SLP certification and current Ohio speech-language pathology licensure essential. Two years minimum experience in educational settings required. Teletherapy experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with technology platforms and virtual therapy tools necessary.
