Oncology Massage Therapist

Healwell is looking for an oncology-trained massage therapist to join our team working in Fairfax, Virginia. Healwell is an innovative leader in the world of massage therapy. We have fun. We are looking for some big-hearted, clinically-minded critical thinkers to join our team. We love it when therapists come to us with advanced training in oncology, pediatric, and/or hospital-based massage therapy, but we also offer comprehensive on the job training for those who need or want it. We go into patient's homes, we go to their bedsides in memory care and community care facilities and hospitals, we work with pediatric palliative and oncology patients, and a variety of other patient populations affected by acute, chronic and serious illness. We serve patients throughout the MedStar System, Inova and Inova Schar Cancer Institute, Goodwin House, and Children's National Hospital. We also support patients throughout a catchment area that stretches as far as 150-mile radius from Washington, DC in home-based palliative care partnerships.
