Wisconsin Facility Needs a Traveling Physical Therapist

• 4 ten-hour days weekly two 7am 5pm shifts, two 7am 6pm shifts
• 8 9 patients daily with 60-minute one-on-one sessions, no overlapping
• Outpatient orthopedic setting
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• EMR: Epic
• Outpatient experience required
