Physical Therapist Full-Time Atlantis, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site position in Atlantis, Florida. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping K12 students improve mobility, strength, and overall physical development while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and design individualized treatment plans to address students physical and functional needs

• Provide direct therapy services to support mobility, coordination, independence, and overall well-being

• Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into students daily routines and classroom activities

• Implement and monitor IEP goals with accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

• Track student progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure continued growth

• Train and guide staff and caregivers on strategies that support students physical development

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Dedication to serving students with diverse needs in an educational setting
