Now Hiring: School-Based COTA for 25/26

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support a K-12 school district in the Beaver Hill, OR area for the upcoming school year. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to student development by delivering vital therapy services in an educational setting.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with physical, sensory, and cognitive needs

• Work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists, teachers, and school staff to implement individualized treatment plans

• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP and team meetings

• Assist in evaluations and offer therapy recommendations under OT supervision

• Valid COTA license in state of OR

• Previous experience in a school-based setting (preferred)

• Understanding of K12 developmental stages and educational needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet documentation standards

• Full-time or Part-time hours

• Onsite

• Mild to Moderate needs
