Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for an onsite school-based position in Lafayette, Indiana. This role is perfect for a passionate SLP who enjoys working collaboratively in a school environment and is dedicated to helping students overcome communication challenges.

Job Details:

• Location: Lafayette, IN

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (3540 hours/week)

• Onsite only

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech therapy for students from preschool through high school

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and track student progress

• Support students with speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs

• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families across school sites

• Maintain accurate documentation following school and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligible by start date)

• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome with supervision

• Experience in school or pediatric settings a plus

• Strong communication skills and commitment to inclusive, team-based practices
