Position Summary:

This position will provide respiratory care for acute care, transitional care unit, pharmacological and non-pharmacological stress tests, pulmonary function tests, and other RT specific programs.

Education and Experience:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy, RRT required and licensed in the state of Minnesota.
• CPR, NRP and ACLS certified.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Positive bedside manner and possess effective communication is required. Ability to speak clearly when giving instructions and listens to patient concerns.
• Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills required; ability to monitor patients closely to ensure proper care and medication is provided.
• EMR experience preferred; Epic/Excellian knowledge a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.

Hourly Range: $31.95-$46.43
