Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Warm Hearth at Home for a Full-time Physical Therapist. We are expanding into the Roanoke, VA area and will be adding to our therapy team for home health coverage in greater Roanoke.

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
