We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team for a part-time, temporary position serving students across a school district in Ogden, Utah . This role covers the school year from October through mid-February , with a consistent Monday-Wednesday schedule. The therapist will manage a caseload of 49 students , providing services district-wide. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to students with diverse physical needs across multiple school sites Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student access to education Document student progress, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Utah Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Ability to manage a large caseload across multiple locations Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation for travel between schools (mileage may be reimbursed) Why Join Us?
