We are actively seeking passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Paramount, California . This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week and a diverse K-12 caseload . Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional expertise, and support educational planning Qualifications: Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification Experience working in a school-based setting preferred Ability to manage a K-12 caseload effectively Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to student success and collaboration within a team environment Why Join Us?
