Caseload: 25-30 Students, K-8th Grade This opportunity is designed for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) dedicated to supporting student communication development within a K-12 educational setting. The role focuses on providing direct therapy services to students, fostering their ability to communicate effectively and succeed academically during the school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals. Deliver speech-language therapy services via individual and group sessions. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to coordinate student support strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute professional insights. Qualifications and Experience: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active Professional Licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility. Experience working in schools preferred but not mandatory. Commitment to providing in-person therapy services on-site.
