About the Role Independently manage a patient schedule with the support of Audiologist Assistants. Play an active role in clinic development, including contributing to decisions that shape our growth. Develop meaningful relationships with both adult and pediatric patients through comprehensive consultations and customized care plans. Conduct VNG testing as needed. Dispense and fit hearing aids based on individual needs, providing ongoing counseling and support. Travel between two locations (20-25 minutes apart). Schedule : Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-12pm (flexibility to enjoy long weekends!). What You Bring Master's or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) Active California license or eligibility to obtain Compassion, curiosity, and strong communication skills A patient-first mindset and eagerness to be part of a collaborative team New grads and experienced audiologists are encouraged to apply!
