The Outpatient Physical Therapist will practice in a hospital-based Outpatient Rehabilitation Department anchored by a designated Stroke Center, an advanced Cardiac Center, and a robust orthopedics program. The Outpatient Physical Therapist will treat a diverse caseloadneuro, cardiopulmonary, spine, sports, and post-operativesupported by integrated pathways that seamlessly connect inpatient, transitional, and outpatient services for superior continuity of care.

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will report to a Rehabilitation Services Manager within a collaborative therapy division, working alongside friendly nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, case management, and social services. The Outpatient Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, craft individualized plans of care, deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, guide gait and balance training, utilize objective outcomes tracking, participate in interdisciplinary huddles, and contribute to mentorship and quality improvement initiatives across a diverse healthcare team.
