Location: Stanwood, Washington
Job Type: Full-Time or 30-hour PRN (as-needed)
Salary: $100,000$115,000 annually
Bonuses: $2,500 sign-on bonus + monthly performance bonuses
Schedule: 4 days in-clinic, 1 day remote per week

Were looking for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Stanwood, WA to provide exceptional care in a technology-enabled outpatient clinic . Deliver hands-on rehabilitation, aquatic therapy , and telehealth services to improve patient outcomes and engagement. • Provide individualized 45-minute PT sessions for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic therapy patients

• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans using digital rehab platforms

• Educate patients on recovery, wellness, and injury prevention

• Document progress efficiently in EMR and digital tools

• Collaborate with PTAs and clinicians for team-based care

• Conduct telehealth PT sessions during remote work day

• Active or eligible Washington State PT license

• CPR certification

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient education skills

• Comfortable with digital rehab/telehealth platforms

• Experience or interest in aquatic therapy a plus

• Open to new graduates and experienced PTs

• 4 days in-clinic, 1 day remote per week
