Travel Physical Therapist - Wisconsin Rapids, WI

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin . This is an excellent opportunity to provide home health care and make a significant impact on the lives of patients in the community.

• Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to restore function and mobility.

• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety measures.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care.

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain one).

• Previous experience in a home health or similar setting is highly preferred.

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• BLS certification.
