Job Responsibilities

- Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy interventions that enhance language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop comprehensive care strategies.
- Educate patients and families to reinforce progress outside the clinical setting.
- Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate and timely records that comply with state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those who have not yet obtained ASHA certification.
Certifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- BLS certification is required within the first month of employment.
