Description

  • Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic aims, discharge procedures, and home exercise regimens.
  • Diligently document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards.

Education
  • Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or possess an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Certifications
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Preferred: CPR certification
