Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time position supporting students in an elementary school setting. This role is based in Pflugerville, TX, and offers a consistent schedule throughout the current school year (CSY). Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to 8 students, including 6 elementary-aged and 2 middle school-aged. Conduct 30-minute therapy sessions, scheduled five times every six weeks. Collaborate with school staff to support student development and individual therapy goals. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress. Qualifications: Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children preferred. Ability to engage students in therapeutic activities within a school environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Schedule and Location: Part-time position located in Pflugerville, TX. Therapy sessions are structured to provide regular support over the school year. Immediate start with availability through the end of the school year (EOSY).
