Located centrally between San Jose and Fresno, this role offers the chance to serve a diverse student population within a vibrant school district. Responsibilities include: Delivering direct speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress. Providing on-site services, replacing a VOCO therapist, requiring a commitment to in-person engagement. Managing varying caseload sizes, with multiple positions available to accommodate different assignments. Qualifications and experience desired: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Valid School SLP credential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience working in educational settings preferred. Commitment to supporting students' communication needs through evidence-based practices. Location: Situated in Livingston, California, offering accessibility within a centrally located K-12 district. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year (EOSY). On-site presence is required, emphasizing hands-on interaction with students and staff.
