Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming academic year, offering an opportunity to provide vital speech and language services in a K-12 school setting in Minneapolis, MN. This contract role spans the full school year, running from August 25, 2025, through June 11, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grades K-12. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes on caseload of approximately 50 students. Provide consultation to classroom teachers to assist with communication strategies. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and compliance activities. Qualifications and Experience: Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-age children, ideally K-12 populations. Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders. Ability to manage a caseload of around 50 students efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with educational regulations and IEP processes.
