Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for a leave replacement in a K-12 school setting located in Brockton, MA. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services to a diverse student population for ages 3 through 20. The position starts as soon as possible and extends through the end of October 2025, providing consistent, full-time hours of 37.5 per week. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to support students with a variety of communication needs. Expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is essential to effectively support students who rely on technology or alternative methods for communication. Collaboration with educators, families, and other support staff is a critical component of this role to ensure integrated and effective intervention strategies. Desired qualifications and experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility Experience working with K-12 students across a broad age range (3-20 years) Proficiency in AAC assessment and therapy techniques Strong communication and teamwork skills within an educational environment This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic school environment supporting students during a critical period of transition.
