Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with occupational therapists and school staff to implement individualized therapy plans. Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with varying needs across grades K-12. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs). Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students. Desired Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, educators, and families. Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs. Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality standards. Flexibility to work during the school year on a contract basis.
