Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and social abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and functional mobility Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, adaptive tools, and home modifications Document progress, update treatment plans, and ensure timely reporting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (PTs, SLPs, physicians, and social workers) Provide discharge planning and home programs Maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards Stay current on OT best practices and continuing education Qualifications: Education & Licensure: Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma CPR/First Aid certification Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Empathetic, patient-centered approach Excellent time management and organization Proficient in EMR systems and documentation practices
