- Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions aimed at improving fluency, language, voice, and swallowing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to streamline patient care.
- Educate patients and their families to encourage continued progress during and after clinic visits.
- Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations to foster seamless care transitions.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping in compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), especially if not yet ASHA-certified.
Certifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
