• Customize Patient Care: Assess each patients individual needs and create tailored therapy interventions aimed at achieving their functional milestones.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with a diverse team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.

• Assess Progress: Track and document patient progress thoroughly, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
