Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA . This is a full-time, on-site position serving K-12 students with mild to severe disabilities . The role involves direct therapy, assessments, compliance responsibilities, and active collaboration with educators, families, and support staff. Key Responsibilities Administer academic assessments, write assessment reports, and present findings at IEP meetings. Consult and communicate with faculty and parents regarding student progress and needs. Maintain knowledge of current special education regulations. Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure appropriate implementation of modifications and accommodations. Assist with the development of master schedules to support all student IEP needs. Meet IDEA requirements related to case management, service tracking, and timelines. Maintain high academic rigor for students with disabilities to ensure equitable access to common core standards. Develop and share progress monitoring tools for student goals with IEP teams. Collaborate regularly with related service providers for data review, IEP implementation, and co-teaching strategies. Provide oversight and scheduling for paraprofessional staff to ensure IEP fidelity. Maintain organized records, notifications, and reports per federal, state, and SELPA regulations. Implement health and mobility supports as needed (e.g., toileting, g-tube feeding, medication administration under nurse supervision). Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active California SLP license from DCA. Previous school-based experience preferred. Ability to work full-time, on-site only. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Compensation Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour . We pay for direct and indirect services.
