Physical Therapist

Job Description:

Physical Therapist is needed to perform the following duties:

Plan, prepare, and carry out individualized programs of physical treatment to restore physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability.
Perform and document initial evaluations, determine diagnosis, and establish treatment goals.
Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities (TENS, ultrasound, electrical stimulation.
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatments to maximize patient recovery and outcomes.
Educate and guide patients and families in exercise, lifestyle modifications, and in-home therapy programs
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams; maintain patient records and ensure compliance with standards
Discharge patients when goals are achieved; provide referrals or follow-up as needed

Bachelors degree is required in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy + State License
