Job Responsibilities

• Craft Custom Therapeutic Plans: Assess the unique needs of patients and design personalized therapy plans aimed at enhancing their functional capabilities
• Implement Targeted Interventions: Leverage evidence-based approaches to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily skills
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Empower Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families about therapy strategies to encourage progress at home
• Track Progress and Document: Evaluate clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to maintain patient focus and advancement

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Certifications Required

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Credentials from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) are mandatory
